About the Role

Apex Marketing Team is now hiring for qualified full/part-time and/or internship within the Admin Department at the Tupelo, MS location.

-Position can be full or part time or an internship for approved applicants.
-Compensation is determined by experience and level of value added to the role within the company.
-In office hours for full time are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If part time or internship, in office hours are limited based on schedule.

-Company benefits including Insurance and 401k are available for full-time employees after a successful completion of the 90 day onboarding period.

Requirements

The Admin-Project Coordinator role will handle the following tasks:
-Attend initial onboarding call for any new assigned clients
-Ensure all contact information is correct
-Ensure "Scope of Work" planned by Apex matches expectations of client
-Schedule calls both internally with Apex Team Members and Clients as needed throughout project
-Lead calls to ensure smooth exchange of updates and expectations
-Handle project timeline with proper planning to ensure the deadline is hit along with an approved client delivery
